• The items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. They must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached.

• Items such as undergarments, swimwear, and other personal items are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene reasons.

• Sale or clearance items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
